1. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

    Yes, you will need an account to order from us. An account is required to place an order, as we exclusively sell to verified medical practices. Creating an account allows us to confirm eligibility and provide appropriate professional services.

     


    2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

      We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

       


      3. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

        When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

         


        4. ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

          All of our transactions are based in AUD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

           


          5. HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

            Upon creating your account, you will be asked to set your address. If this address is different to your shipping address, you can enter it as you checkout.

             


            6. CAN I ORDER IN BULK?

            If you have a particularly large order, please contact us to arrange bulk ordering via phone or email through the Contact Us page. We will work with you to arrange a custom order with considerations towards pricing.
